Cold milling or Rotomilling is the controlled removal of asphalt or concrete surface to either a partial or full-depth using our equipment can restore a surface to a predicted grade, elevation and cross-slope. The Recycled Asphalt Pavement (RAP) picked up during the milling process is loaded onto trucks via the conveyor system and transported off site for future paving projects or is recycled for use on other road resurfacing and rebuilding operations. This can provide huge savings on resurfacing projects and positively affect road maintenance budgets.
Cold Milling is the preferred method of removing and reclaiming pavements because it is clean, safe, and cost effective for road deterioration problems, e.g., ruts and unstable asphalt, bonding quality, poor skid resistance, over-asphalted streets and poor pavement profile.
We have multiple 7’ cold milling machines and a 2’ edge cold milling machine. We are quick to the job site, thorough, and easy to work with! Call us today and let us prove to you why we are the best choice when it comes to rotomilling and cold milling!
